Hey Mike,
I just took a look and it's possible.
In PathFinder's preferences, go to Reveal and check the box next to
Set Path Finder as the default file viewer and Versions will follow
suit, just like any other Cocoa app.

I use Pathfinder, which is a great alternative to Apple's Finder, at
least for developers. Is there a way to make Versions' show in finder
command use Pathfinder?

Be careful with PathFinder.
I installed a version of it recently and had an SVN client in it that was
incompatible with the SVN version of my server or somehow with Versions.
Had to dive in to plugins somewhere to remove the SVN change that ended up
affecting my Finder.
