I'm using BeanstalkApp to host my repos and Versions to connect to
them all.

I want to have my localization files localizable.strings files for en,
es, de, jp, sv, ru.... available in a public repo so I can point
translators to the public repo to get the latest file to translate (or
follow it there for the latest changes).

I've been pointed to:
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.0/ch07s03.html
but I don't want to spend my time learning svn externals and fiddling
with them to get them set up.

Is there someone on this list savvy with externals that I could hire
to get my system setup via screen sharing so it just works for me?
