I have a good friend that lives on the Auglaize river here in Ohio and while
visiting the other day we saw a hatch coming off the river and they were
small(about 20). I need a good easy pattern if anyone has one out there I
would appreciate you sending it to me on my e-mail so we don't
I've to file a protest!
This list is for patterns, and therefore if we have to share pattern we
shall do it on the list!
My suggestion for an easy small fly is a wingless adams.
And i like to replace the gray dubbing by a gray CDC feather

Personal preference is per Rene, to share the pattern(s) with the group...
and so:
I'd ask three things: what was the weather like, what was the time of day,
and what colour was the fly that was coming off (if you know)?
Without knowing those details, I'd suggest:
either a parachute or paraloop
Let’s open more jails!

Don't think it would help much.. Most of those
This really sounds like an International Swap.
Wish I were in it just to see how so many different tyers from so many
different countries will tie the same type of fly and all tyed the same
style.
Sure hope one of you guys puts the pictures up on a web site some where.
Thank you,
