Allan: I forgot to add that... I try to be selective with my airlines. For me, Alaska Airlines does not have a good safety record. I remember the Alaska MD 80 or MD 88 returning from Mexico that flew upside down and crashed into the Pacific Ocean somewhere off LAX killing all on board.
