Any particular shade/hue of pink? I know Chuck has found that one pink works
best for his Pink Panfish Producer. And a local favorite here in western
Wisconsin is John Bethke's Pink Squirrel, that will catch fish if tied with any
pink chenille, but works the best with fluorescent shell
MicroMark has lots of tweezers: This one looks like it could be useful.

The Micromark tweezers should work really well on bigger beads, but
the dimple looks too big for the size beads Nev is using.
Off-list, I suggested to Nevile the bead nabber tweezers, which are a
couple of bucks cheaper than Micromarks tweezer:
