Here is the picture. I think I'd tie it on a 16 down eye jig hook,
tungsten, or not, maybe just a plain glass copper bead. Dark brown thread,
tie in thin ribs of silver wire (i'd use silver mylar)

I found some offerings from shops, where the material is listed somehow
