Chuck,
from my understanding, a Trojan virus is what it's name implies- hidden
(waiting to attack).
You'll NEVER know where you got it, since it doesn't activate immediately, but
needs a trigger. The trigger doesn't show up as a virus, because it's not one-
it just completes the virus program (opens the horse's secret door). And the
trigger can be anyting- a date, a keystroke sequence, a cont/alt/del- anything.
I've even heard that they self-expand hidden compressed files to escape notice,
and that they can see a scan coming and automatically relocate to a scanned
section of the drive to escape. This is pure evil.

I run Ad-Aware, Spybot, and AVG too, so you must be absolutely brilliant, like

Chuck,
Nice PC, welcome to Nerdville.

The notebook keypad is good on the go, but I still hook up a mouse when I'm
working at home.

Don: Thanks. That's what I'm thinking about the keypad, cause I think riding
down the road a mouse might not scroll too well on my knee LOL.. I'm just glad
to be able to have more than a few minutes a day to do my computing because of
two teenage boys who have all but taken over this one, Chuck
