Welcome aboard. The VFB Googlegroup is the continuation of a web-based board
that Byard Miller used to run. The glory-days have somewhat faded, but one can
still find some good information here. I try to post new fly designs as I
develop them, or something different that I'm trying out.
We have had a ton of great swaps, discussions, co-op swaps (something I came up
with to share Whiting saddle hackles), prayer-sharing, flames, and generally
great commradery and friendship between the members.
New blood can help revive discussions, but the new blood has to speak up, or
there will be no answers to questions never posed.
You can tell fishing stories, relate a fishing trip, post a cool website, post
photos of fish, rods, reels, ties, your fishing rig, dog, best friend, whatever
is fly-fishing related.

I had a scientist try to figure me out one time. He went insane, developed
multiple personalities to cope. Same thing happened with that psychiatrist.
