If you want to buy your Whiting in colors in the USA, I'd suggest http://www.jimsflyco.com/. He has a great selection and good prices as well. If you tell him the size hackle you want, he'll get you a saddle that is predominantly that size. I am just a satisfied customer, and love what he sells.
