I know Sony Vegas has a script that will generate multiple outputs from
the same project. Perhaps there's a script or plugin that does the same
for your editor.
Another suggestion is writing a batch file or shell script around
ffmpeg, assuming it generates all of the output formats.

I'm looking to create an automated workflow to convert a single
episode of a video podcast into different versions. Eg:
