My latest unannounced (now announced) group project is a Mashup Month. This was suggested by vlog questions related to why vloggers don't link / quote as much as bloggers do. This exercise will reveal at least part of the answer. Mashup some folks' work and tag it "mashup" at mefeedia, technorati and delicious. It's easy. It's inclusive. Nobody gets hurt. Everybody wins.
