Folks do suggest topics here from time to time.

If the meme is right, there's a rush and works are tagged with the meme (see 
http://luxomedia.com/greenthing with "greenthing" tags and 
"videobloggingweek2005" and "vlogme05" tags).

My latest unannounced (now announced) group project is a Mashup Month. This 
was suggested by vlog questions related to why vloggers don't link / quote 
as much as bloggers do. This exercise will reveal at least part of the 
answer.

Mashup some folks' work and tag it "mashup" at mefeedia, technorati and 
delicious.

It's easy. It's inclusive. Nobody gets hurt. Everybody wins.
