I tried installing Broadcast Machine on my server. I pay $60/mo for my own server at 1and1. But, somehow it blocks BitTorrent traffic. Its probably some port blocking on the default BitTorrent ports... haven't really taken the time to figure it out, but I wouldn't doubt if other hosting companies
