Sorenson Squeeze and Wildform Flix Pro4 both convert your movie files toFlash FLV files as well Flash SWF.

PS--- Sorenson wont play your newly compressed FLV files. So I found a free FLV player and listed it on my resources site here:

at bottom of page. You will need this player to review your compressions if you buy Sorenson.
