Damn, I thought re-adding it would help.
I just tried adding my WordPress feed rather than the one from
FeedBurner and I get the same problem... it gets added correctly and
the first video is downloaded, but when I right click to Update
Podcast it fails.
I sent an email to Apple and they said
Jay Dedman's was giving me this error too, that it was not a valid
podcast url... but then it played his videos fine... weird.

Yeah, something is definitely wrong on their end. I made a very
simple feed and iTunes had the exact same problem.
Even weirder was the fact that it started to work properly again a few
hours ago, but sadly it is back to being invalid.
