The version of ichat that will be included in Leopard will support the showing of various filetypes (eg videos, keynotes presentations) at the same time as live video, but as far as I know does not support full desktop screencasting. There may be addons that offer that functionality though, Im not

Jay, I couldn't find where iShowU says it works as a live feed. The info on site says it captures desktop and audio as Quicktime file. you're right. I misread the email. iShowU is screencasting software. here's a link to some screensharing software for mac and pc:
