Yeah this has been my experience. I usually see traffic and subscriptions drop a little on the weekends. I have also, on occasion, seen my subscriptions increase over the weekend, but this is very unusual. I noticed that everyone's subscriptions (based on the vlogmap feedburner chart) took a bit of a hit over the weekend (starting on friday) that was more significant than normal. I think it had something to do with the news of the iTunes security flaw on Windows. I think this because the drop off was mainly with Windows users of iTunes and my Mac subscriptions remained steady. Interestingly the Win iTunes users had exceeded the Mac iTunes users just prior to this news. As of mid-day yesterday they were about even again.
But yeah, I think that more people subscribe and watch at work more than anywhere else. And that makes sense if you think about it. I know that I listen to more podcasts at work than anywhere. But then again I work in an environment that doesn't allow me to install an aggregator on my work computer. So I'm stuck with my (non-video) iPod to entertain me at my very boring job.
