Yes, I'm also curious about this. Can one copy, say, a 30-second clip off the news or a TV show, then show it and comment on it on one's vlog? Is that considered Fair Use? And yes, I know, you're not lawyers ;-) and no, I don't want to start another flame war about copyright. Thanks, G.
