where it is going? I read the Wired 2:0 article but it was a while
ago, I suppose there is new stuff.

As I am building a community site presenting video clips in the Flash -
FLV - format I am looking for a Flash conversion system like the ones
used by YouTube.com and Audioblog.com.
Anyone has an idea of existing conversion systems into .FLV files?
