[videoblogging] Need a place to work in NYC?
Hey all - Wondering where you could get a space to work when your bedroom begins to close in and Starbucks just is too impersonal? cooperBricolage (CooBric) is your place to enjoy - situated in the East Village (St Marks between 2nd and 3rd Ave) at 9 St Marks Place, you can join other entrepreneurs working to build your dream and theirs in the safety of a cafe set aside for people just like you. We are building a team of volunteers to help others in the space and offer discounts in using the space in exchange for your time. Consider this an invitiation to be part of the Coworking experience and help make New York more startup friendly. The site is http://cooperbricolage.pbwiki http://cooperbricolage.pbwiki.com/ .com - and you can sign up for our meeting on Tuesday, July 31st at 6pm. See you the CooBric . [videoblogging] blogger atom.xml issues?
Question for you blogger users: are any of you having problems with the feed from blogger/blogspot? As in, the atom.xml feed - I can only see 25 posts, does anyone else see this happening to yourself? I have been in touch with some of the lead engineers at google - but they suggest that atom.xml only supports a limited feed (these guys are not with blogger)... Thanks for your help. Sanford

[videoblogging] Want to help?
All - Been spending time over the past ten days going through every site I listed on politicalwarez.com and realized that there is almost no way to make this up-to-date by myself. BUT - instead of keeping it on my site, I moved it to Pbwiki and set up a nmber of the pages with each section with it's own page. You can see it at http://socialmediaspace.pbwiki.com and the password if socialmedia. If you wish to update, add, contribute, whatever - please feel free. I will continue to add to it as I get more information - and if you want to contribute, please add your name to the Contributors page. Sanford
RE: [videoblogging] Looking for topics on teaching about social media
Thanks Sean - Actually, Howard Greenstein from NYU (and Social Media Club fame) is also helping with some of the content of the class - and in particular the social media aspect of it. And - the first day of class will be on discussing what is Web 2.0 - and I will be videotaping the class - and crafting the class into segments for people to watch via a vLog from Cooper sometime in the near future. We are working on building a quick-and-dirty development shop to craft these educational videos for others to view afterward. Thanks for the help. If you were one of those engineering students (CS and Engineers all) - to give them a sense of what are the topics at hand, what would you expect to learn/hear? Not just the technical details, but what about design principles and user concerns? It is the intent of the course to give the students an experience of building a product/service that is user-centric rather than engineering-centric (love of technology instead of solving the problem). Videoblogging might not sound like a problem that needs to be solved, but maybe there is a way to expand their experiences... Thank you in advance for your feedback.
