[videoblogging] Converting Mov file to Wmv?

Morning all~ I shot a video using my Nikon Coolpixs 4100 digital camera. It saves the video as a mov file. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a good Mov to Wmv converter? I was trying Radvideo converter but for some reason it says I have a corupt file when I play it in my WMP 10.
