I'm looking for a movie poster image to use as a default, if none are
available. Does anyone know if there's any default .jpg or .gif image
files for a 320x240 movie? Something that would say Movie, Film
and/or interesting graphic when clicked would start the film?

You can make your own Enric. Just make something in iMovie or Final
Cut Pro and open it in QT Pro and save the frame you like as a Poster
Movie.
