I'll second that, Heath's got great style without overstating anything on the production side. For the second part - this is a question I've got for many vloggers (except for the ones who do embed) - why don't more people embed a flash player in their page? I get the whole subscription thing, so I don't need the hard sell on RSS... However, much of the online video I watch (I suspect this is true of most people not on this list as well) is in the form of someone sending me a link telling me to check something out. I find it highly frustrating to arrive at a page and then have to wait for a video to download in order to watch it. Maybe it's my short attention span, but I want instant gratification.
