If you use cross-posting to wordpress.com from blip it will work great (we
worked with them to make that happen). Copy and paste is still a problem
though.

Wordpress free version doesn't seem to like any of the videos I try to
embed. I may be wrong, but I think you have to find a hosting provider and
buy it before you can enjoy videos embedded.
