[videoblogging] Opportunity for still photographer

A friend sent me this ad yesterday.  It is a bit off message but I thought someone on the list in the NYC area might be interested in still photography (or just a seasonal job).   For that matter, it might be interesting vlog material to go shoot a vlog about people having their pictures taken as visitors to Rockefeller Center.   Digital Still Photographers and Assistants Reply to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Date: 2005-11-12, 8:19AM NBCpix photographs approximately 200,000 tourists visiting the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree each year, from December 1st thru January 3rd, outside on Rockefeller Plaza. These photographs are posted to the NBCpix website, where visitors can purchase prints to remember their visit to NY. We need outgoing, friendly people to work as photographers and photographer's assistants. We supply Nikon D2H cameras, and all other equipment needed. Although we work outside near the Christmas Tree (sometimes in inclement weather), this is a fun, seasonal gig. You get to work with a great team of people, and interact with visitors from all over the world. Some of our team members return to NY each year just to work at the Christmas Tree. Full-time and part-time, day and evening shifts available. Applicants MUST be available to work the entire period from December 1st thru January 3rd.
