Drupal is designed for community usage and access. Ourmedia is built
on drupal -- http://drupal.org/. Each user can have their own blog,
etc. Wordpress doesn't have as many features for multi-user access.
But Wordpress is easy to setup and intuitive. Drupal is more
complicated. Kent Bye uses drupal for the echo chamber project
(http://www.echochamberproject.com/), you may want to check with him.
