Ease of use will always win the day, becuase most people don't care
about copyright and such until someone else starts making money off
there stuff then they will care..but by then...
there will be a select few who change the way it is being done. The
history of media has taught us
Flash has the ability to set markers at points in the FLV video. So
it's done programmaticaly through the markers. The user says I want
to cut from here to here, markers are set at those two points. Then
when the video reaches at the in market point, it jumps to the out
marker point.
