yeah OM is a community site that is evolving.
becasue its free and run by all volunteers, the service is predictably spotty.
people are working hard to make it more reliable.
in the meantime, as Lynn suggested, use Blip.tv.
theyre part of this community, theyre reliable, and they're still free.

I've had quite a bit of trouble but they are supposed to be revamping their system, I believe. I now use blip.tv as my main host but still upload my videos onto ourmedia because I support what they are doing. I think it is a great thing, just needs some technical bugs worked out.
