speach (sic) concerns itself with government censorship. Any blog author
has a right to refuse any comment for any reason - and they should have.

What I'm amazed at is that there is the feeling that FREE SPEECH is the
issue... I agree start your own site, people have a right and
responsibility to EDIT their site as they see fit.
