You could use freebie screencasting software, like CamStudio - http://www.camstudio.org/ It will capture whatever is on your screen (mouse movements included) and audio, and then save as an AVI file. I'm having trouble with CamStudio. Pinnacle Studio won't recognize their AVI file and on the other codecs I lose a fair amount of quality. I'm stuck and trying to figure out what to do.
