Personally I prefer 20KB/s (160kbit/s). I think Freevlog talks recommends
75KB/s (600kbits/s). Again, I think 600kbits/s is too much. To me the
quality/size ratio is much nicer with a lower daterate - this is
especially true if you're using 3ivx because 3ivx produces very crips
images at low datarates.
