Make sure it doesn't contain one of those Sony rootkits that will kill 
your PC if you try to remove it...

Also if it works well then I guess Sony have pipped people to the postwith the 'transcode to PSP format for a fee' type services that were
talked about here recently, as this software will do it automaticallyapparently.thats what I was saying a pay service (by aggregator services) would simply be in competition with pre-installed software and/or free software that handles all that.
