Hi VRT Members!

VRT will have a booth at the upcoming Annual Conference in Anaheim, California,
and we are seeking volunteers to staff it. It’s a great opportunity to promote
VRT and video librarianship in general.

We need coverage Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 5:00. Two-hour shifts are
ideal, but 1-hour shifts are also welcome. We’re hoping to have two volunteers
for each hour.

If you are attending and can help us out, please let me know what days/times
you want and I will add you to the schedule. You can view the current schedule
on the VRT wiki at: http://vrt.ala.org/wiki/index.php?title=VRT_Booth_Schedule.

The schedule is wide open right now, so now is your chance to get a prime spot!

Thanks for your help,
Rhonda Rosen

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
