I should point out that the GATT treaty did not effect films made before 1923 so as in the US any film made through 1922 is PD but the specific version ( copy) of the film my be under copyright thus CABINET OF DR. CALIGARI is PD but not the Kino blu ray. On Tue, Dec 16, 2014 at 5:10 PM, Jessica
