Re: [VM] How to launch vm without spool and imap folders only...

But I think you will be better off using a recent pre-release of 8.2.0 for good IMAP support. Cheers, Uday
[VM] imap-fcc and gmail
hi all, This has been asked before, and I looked at the manual, but still could not figure it out: adding imap-fcc: Sent or imap-fcc: Sent Mail the mail appears in gmail under a label such as [imap] Sent rather then in the Sent mail label/ folder. any hints? BTW, the manual on IMAP-FCC did not seem to say *how* to add this field automatically. I eventually found mail-default-headers, but perhaps it would be good to mention it explicitly? thanks, E

Now that my primary-inbox is an IMAP folder, what do I do with the following variables: vm-crash-box (since I am not spooling, is there anything to crash? so should this be set to nil or is it automatically irrelevant) vm-spool-files (I don't want any spooling, so I presume this should be set to nil since my primary mail box is an IMAP folder)
