Yes, almost. We don't have folder menu, but `vm-list-imap-folders' can be used to see what folders are there, with new messages etc. You would probably find it a bit primitive if you are used to having a good folder view. The rest of your feature list is fairly standard. Programming `Reply-To' addresses etc. are done via a separate package called vm-pcrisis, included in the release.
