The BuildBot status on the Waterfall page displays as green in some cases where
the corresponding job actually fails.
As an example, when executing the pyflakes job on the WinXP Py 2.5 slave before
pyflakes is installed, the status shows as green even though the output looks
like this:

*** [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified
program finished with exit code 1
