Every computer I touch gets that treatment. I haven't touched L_CTRL
in years.

Do you know of a way to do that in Windows? It's a bother trying to
remember not to press CAPS when I'm using Windows.

I think this may be a different application. It is a stand-alone
application which modifies the registry. The changes I've made on a
couple of machines have survied reboots every time.
