:Exp using

I recently updated my netrw to v102.  Since that upgrade there are  
two things that I miss.

1) using tab for completion when using :Exp
     :Exp c:\do<tab>  # used to go to the first completion i.e.  C: 
\Documents and Settings\


2)  the ability to open a directory using :e H:\notes\   # now I can  
only use :Exp

Netrw is a wonderful tool as is.  Any suggestions on adding these 2  
items back in would be greatly appreciated.
