vim book t.o.c.
Hi all, As you know, ``The Vim book'' can be downloaded from vim.org in pdf form, but it has no table of contents. Well, I did a reconstruction of the TOC in LaTeX and I will gladly send it over to whoever is interested, or even better -- upload it somewhere that anyone can make use of it, if only by doing so I would not be violating some copyright. If uploading the TOC is acceptable, I can provide a package that contains the LaTeX source together with dvi, postscript, and pdf outputs. What do you think of this? Cheers, Boyko

Since a bit has changed in Vim7; does anyone know of a book (in English) in the works for it? :Robert
