completion is available through omnicompletion. Data file for DocBook
4.4 (also script for generating other data files from DTDs) is available
on vim-online.

I asked this a while ago, but I will try again,

Is there anything like nxml mode for vim?

Especially for Docbook?

and not just syntax highlighting but autocomplete and parse as you go
