macports but the relevant part are highlighted in [2].

I've tried subscribing to the Vim Outliner mail list a couple times. Each time
I get a message indicating that my request has been received and will be review
by a monitor. From the archives it appears to be active, though it may be
primarily a developers list, but I have yet to hear anything.
