I am using a script to build my own menu.
There are some fold sub menus build like that :
MyMenu.SubMenu1.SubSubMenu1
The SubSubMenu1 undocked, I have possibilities refresh and modify its titles
but I close all main menu 'MyMenu' with aumenu command.
