I want to use this to twiddle the case of the current word I'm typing (e.g.
if I've tab completed a word, and it's the correct word but I don't want
the first letter to be upper case.)

Eclipse knows how to complete lots of different languages.
Vim already has XML / HTML completion and Mikolaj made it generic
enough so that I can use the same gear for other languages.

suitable font which has to be mono-spaced.
