On some files if a line starts with a and I do an append followed by
a carriage return, then the next line gets a inserted as the first
character. e.g. if I have:
1and this is number 1
2Let vx=1
3etc. et.c ...
And put the cursor on the 1 in line 1
Press an a to start append
