I have downloaded gvim_8.0.0027_x64.zip from
https://github.com/vim/vim-win32-installer/releases unzipped file and started
gVim.exe and Vim works superb.

nothing happens (actually it starts downloading file gvim80.exe but it has 0
bytes).
Any idea what is wrong? Or any idea where to
