Stuff Missing from my System 7 on LC II

I got a Macintosh LC II that came with System 7.0.1. I Found a copy of System 7.5 online that came in the form of 7 floppy images that I had to jump through some hoops to make into actual floppies. I installed 7.5, and everything works fine. However, to my mind it is missing a number of
