There is no focus 20, just a focus 14 and 40. The current shipping of versions

have you tried muting the speech for vo on the phone? when I use braille with
the phone, I usually turn off speech because it annoys me to hear it whilest
using braille. I can double check, but I don’t think the same thing happens
with the speech muted that you describe..
