I also saw this new update. I'm still on 12.41. However, it was very
interesting listening to all the new changes in 13 that have come out.
Most of which don't interest me at all. Although, I did hear of a new
Siri voice that is introduced in 13.

Yes, Blind Square incorporates What Three Words, which you can toggle on or off.
It replaces the coordinates with three words like banana.milk.oil separated by
periods.
For anyone who wants to check it out but does not own Blind Square, the Blind
Square Events app is fully functional in 9
I believe Blind Square has that feature within it. I am not sure if the stand
alone service is accessible. Come to think of it, I think it’s called What
Three Words.
The system is supposed to divide the world into squares by latitude and
longitude without using the numerical coordinates.
