I'm not sure when Apple introduced this Voiceover gesture but I believe it
was in one of the iOS 13 versions. If you go to Settings, Accessibility,
Voiceover, Commands, All commands, Editing, and Copy, a predefined gesture
of three finger double tap, hold, and flick up is listed.

I have to agree with richard here. This feature definitely worked in iOS 13.
It’s also been working in the beta of 14. But I think Google broke something
with one of their many updates for which they never say what they actually do.
So here’s hoping the next update fixes it. From whatever

I know it worked early in iOS 13 so I personally cannot say its Apple's fault
since Google updates Youtube as often as some people bathe.

have to select and then search for the popular track item amongst all that
