Can you help track down this strange noise? It happens frequently on my iPhone

Oddly enough Waltr 2 claims to be able to transfer media without I Tunes.
In my older version,. I had to have I Tunes installed because Waltr 2 needed
components from I Tunes to work.
There’s a way to transfer media to your device wirelessly.
I haven’t figured out that one yet..

I believe Walter2 will work only if you also have Itunes installed on
your windows machine. If you don't have Itunes installed on your
computer, Walter2 won't work.

I actually just did this last night. Unplugging and plugging back in should
put it in pairing mode.

This probably takes sighted assistance, but there is a button (if you can call
a touch screen buttons) to get it to find your network.
